The decisions that carry the most weight rest on the weakest evidence.
Tessadi advises on leadership, workforce and organisation decisions. The work is led by the principals themselves, and it is where the problem Veridessa is being built to solve was found. That work divides into two practices.
Most organisations know roughly where their capacity goes, roughly who is ready for the next role, and roughly what capability the strategy will demand. Roughly is affordable until the decision is expensive. Our advisory work starts by separating what is known from what is inferred, and saying plainly which is which.
Decisions we help clients make
- Where capacity should be deployed, and what the current pattern is costing.
- Which roles and processes need redesign, and in what order.
- What capability will be required next, and whether it can be built in time.
- Who is genuinely ready, and on what evidence.
- How change can be implemented with control rather than disruption.
How we work
Evidence before claims. Separate what is known, what is inferred, and what is still to be tested, then decide. Every material finding is traceable to its source and to its limitation, and where the data will not support a conclusion we say so rather than smoothing it over.
Governance as architecture. Decision rights, controls and accountability are made explicit as part of the work, not added afterwards.
Senior-led delivery. The principals carry out the diagnosis and the recommendations themselves. Experienced practitioners stay close to the work and to the people affected by it.
We also have nothing to sell on the back of a finding. There is no staff augmentation business, no outsourcing arm and no systems-integration practice waiting behind the recommendation, which means the advice serves the decision rather than the follow-on sale.
Where this sits alongside Veridessa
The advisory practice came first. Doing this work, repeatedly, across organisations and industries, is what exposed the gap: the decisions carrying the most weight are made on the weakest evidence, and the instruments available for measuring leadership capability are mostly opinion wearing the costume of data. Veridessa is what we are building to close that gap. The two are not separate businesses. One is where the problem was found, the other is the attempt to solve it.
Where we are as a company
Tessadi is newly incorporated. It holds no corporate certifications and has not yet completed corporate client assignments. The delivery experience described here was carried out by the principals in prior executive roles and independent advisory work, and is not presented as Tessadi corporate experience. Professional references are available on request. We would rather state that plainly than let it be discovered.
Straight answers.
What advisory services does Tessadi offer?
Two practices. Leadership intelligence and development covers succession and readiness, talent decisions, leadership-pipeline and capability mapping, executive calibration and coaching-informed development. Workforce and organisation advisory covers workforce utilisation and planning, organisation development, role and operating-model design, capability assessment, HR analytics and implementation support.
How does the advisory work relate to Veridessa?
The advisory work came first and is where the problem was found. Veridessa is the instrument being built to close the gap that work keeps exposing. The two are not separate businesses.
Who delivers the work?
The principals, not a junior team supervised at a distance. Between them they have delivered workforce optimisation across a 2,000-person operation, organisation redesign across a 2,700-person division, and talent, succession and capability transformation across a 25,000-person workforce. That experience was delivered in prior executive roles and independent advisory work, not as Tessadi corporate assignments.
If the decision matters, the evidence should too.
