About Tessadi
Tessadi is an enterprise technology company building the next generation of capability intelligence. We exist because the most important decisions organisations make — who leads, who progresses, who is ready — are still being made on inadequate data.
Veridessa is our answer to that problem. Not a dashboard. Not an inference engine. A calibration instrument built on evidence, designed to the standards that high-stakes decisions actually require.
Our mission
The problem with the talent-intelligence market is not a lack of data. It is a lack of validity. Leading platforms report billions of skills "inferred and verified by machine learning." For board-grade decisions on promotion and succession, inferred is not enough.
Tessadi was founded on the conviction that organisations deserve better than probabilistic guesses about their most critical asset. Veridessa measures. It does not infer.
"The truth, revealed from the pieces."
Veridessa — veritas (truth) + tessera (mosaic tile)
Skills intelligence market in 2025. No single vendor above ~13% share. The category's universal weakness is the validity of its inputs — which is exactly where Veridessa competes.
Major platforms measuring leadership capability through validated evidence. The rest infer. For promotion, succession, and mobility decisions — classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act — inference is not defensible.
Platform that connects measured capability supply to strategy-derived demand. Veridessa Command is the first instrument to close the loop between what an organisation has and what its strategy needs.
The founder
Jo brings over two decades of international HR leadership experience across APAC, EMEA, and the United States. She has held senior HR director roles at multinational enterprises, led workforce transformation programmes across multiple industries, and has a firsthand understanding of what happens when leadership capability is assessed on inadequate data.
Tessadi and Veridessa were built from the inside out — from the frustration of making consequential decisions about people based on tools that were not good enough. The conviction behind the product is practical, not theoretical.
Jo holds a PMP certification and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), reflecting her commitment to governance standards and board-level accountability — the same standards she built Veridessa to serve.
Why we built this
Every organisation I worked with had the same problem. They knew they needed to develop their leadership pipeline. They were spending on it. And when the board asked for evidence that it was working, the honest answer was: we don't know.
The tools available were not fit for the decisions being made with them. Self-assessments measure what people believe about themselves. 360 surveys measure what colleagues are willing to say. Training completion rates measure presence, not performance. None of it answers the question that actually matters: can this person lead effectively under pressure?
Veridessa was built to answer that question — with evidence, not inference. And then to connect that answer to the strategy the organisation is trying to execute. That is the gap no other platform has closed. That is why Tessadi exists.
"The question that matters is not 'did they attend the programme?' It's 'can they lead under pressure?' Veridessa is built to answer the second question."
The company structure
One company. One flagship product. Multiple tiers built on one shared engine. Here is how they relate.
The parent company and commercial entity. Tessadi Sdn Bhd is registered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Tessadi owns the IP, the platform, and the brand. Veridessa is its flagship product.
Tessadi's capability calibration system. Four tiers on one shared engine — from individual leadership measurement through to full-organisation strategy calibration.
Where we are going
